The Omaha World-Herald used Gigapan technology to create a 1.12-gigapixel image of the flooding southwest of Hamburg, Iowa on Wednesday, June 22. The image is looking west at workers inspecting the levee. Because this large panoramic image is created by stitching together 126 high-resolution photos taken over a period of 8 minutes, there may be a few blurred sections where there was movement during the image capture process or where pictures were stitched together. Double click to zoom, or use the zoom navigation bar at left.
