Fischer was part of the 267th Ord Co (Ds), 1776 North 10th Street, Lincoln, Ne 68508 supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. He died July 11, 2004, from roadside bomb. Fischer was 26 years old.

Jeremy was a fine young Soldier taken from us far to early in his career. His wife Sarah and mother Kathy bravely dealt with the loss and the hurt. I want them to know that I think of Jeremy every day.
